I work for a large chain grocer and I've been tasked with "Missed Opportunity."

Missed Opportunity (MO) is defined as such: When a customer wants to buy an item, and the item IS stocked, but is not on the shelf. I.e. in most cases, this translates to the item is in the backrooms. But it could be the case that someone grabbed an item and did not return it to the right place.
