Looking for a super simple way to plot Bland Altman data that won't scare away people without a background in data.

I am a medical scientist/specialist writing a summary of a recent clinical results for our investors. Many of our investors have no background in STEM and I'm looking for a way to display out Bland Altman data in a super easy to understand way. This is NOT for publication - it's just a news blurb that will be sent out on blast to demonstrate the success of our study.
