Looking for an API that returns me crime related texts and a person doing the crime in the text

I'm working on a tough NLP project and right now I'm in the process of collecting the dataset. My dataset should contain different types of crimes and it's important to have mentioned a person doing the crime in the text. Have you ever stumbled upon this kind of API/dataset?
