Looking for ideas/suggestions/advice on starting a data science project cantered around UFC

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone has any ideas about what form of data is available around UFC and if it possible to carry out any type of analytics project centred around this sport? I enjoy this sport very much and I’ve been thinking of methods to come up with a DS project but I can only think of visualization projects.
