Mapping between photos and satellite images

I'm working on a problem where I want to be able to train an agent to be able to identify where they are on a map given an aerial photo. To get started with a proof of concept, I've generated a dataset that contains images from the Sentinel 2 satellite (which I'm pretending are aerial photos) and then matched them with the corresponding areas of Google maps.
