Markers extraction from cancer diagnosis

Hi all, I don’t have experience in NLP so forgive my ignorance about the topic.

I have a dataset with cancer diagnosis.
My goal is to extract some known biomarkers (with their synonyms) and their respective value from the text.

For example if My text says:

“….Ki-67 expression (ab: Rabbit monoclonal-4b5-Ventana)
Positivity: 12
…..”

I should extract:
Ki-67 12
