I was hoping to to snag any ideas about my current work situation. My company, a financial institution, does email marketing throughout the year. Naturally, we track response rates for both acquisition and engagement calls-to-action. My question is: Assuming I don't have any historical performance data, how might I estimate the response rate for a campaign that also includes a monetary incentive?
