Methods to overcome catastrophic forgetting in spaCy apart from pseudo rehearsal

I am new to spacy and NLP in general. I am working on a custom named entity recognition model and I catastrophic forgetting is a problem while training with new data. I have tried pseudo rehearsal but it doesn't seem to improve the result much. Are there any other methods I can try?
