I have posted in the past about a project i'm working on [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/computervision/comments/ufbr0f/feature_extraction_classification/).

I've pasted the code below alongside with the images I get as a result.

I am trying different methods using morphological operators to erode/open/dilate etc to get as best of an egg-shape crop that I can but I always seem to be missing the end-result.
