MSc Dissertation project ideas that may enhance my employability chances

Hi everyone! I’m looking for MSc dissertation DS project ideas. My goal is to do something unique and interesting that would boost my employability chances.

However, I’m really unsure on what I should be doing. There is only one thing that I can think of that is if my project would be anything related to astronomy. However I’m open to any ideas as I feel a bit lost.
