I sent I think around 300 - 400 applications and had roughly 20 - 25 recruiter screens. From the recruiter screens I had around 15 - 20 hiring manager interviews and then 8 - 10 technical round interviews followed by 3-4 onsite / panel interviews. I think netted 2 total job offers from the 3 - 4 onsite interviews 1 of which I ended up taking.
