[N] Gymnasium v0.29.0 has been released!

Gymnasium v0.29.0 is out! This release includes 6 months' worth of bug fixes and new features. In particular, it deprecates several features: `Wrapper.__get_attr__`, `gymnasium.make(..., autoreset=True)`, `gymnasium.make(..., apply_api_compatibility=True)`, `Env.reward_range` and `gymnasium.vector.make` that will be removed in v1.0.

Additionally, as python 3.7 has reached its end of life support, we have dropped support for it and updated MuJoCo Hopper & Walker2D models to work with MuJoCo >= 2.3.3.
