[N] Minari 0.4.0 is live! (Gym for offline RL, by the Farama Foundation)

Minari now has full support for Dict, Tuple, Discrete, Box, and Text spaces without flattening, explicit dataset versioning, plus subsets of action/obs spaces in datasets. Additionally, new v1 versions of each dataset were released to comply with the new dataset format.
