Need help with arguments for and against AI in predicting criminals based on faceshape

So I've got a seminar tomorrow and I need to bring 3 arguments for and 3 arguments against using AI to decide who is a criminal based on their faceshape.
I can't really think of any arguments for using this technology other than that it could be a good tool to prevent crimes before they occur. And the only argument I have against using it is that it could give racist/discriminating results. Anyone who could give me some help with …
