Need help with setting up a deployment plan

I work as a DS for a small team in an MNC, inspite of which the deployment of our DS models/apps are very slow and primitive.

The previous DS had put a basic streamlit in a server which we are working with as of now. However, as we are scaling up significantly, I am finding it harder to maintain code and deploy apps.
