Need to detect small objects in a large Image accurately with smaller model size and higher inference speed

I have to detect small objects within a large image and I have tried with SAHI that gives slower inference speed with not so accurate methods , also tried YOLO models and trivial ML but something gives good results

need to keep model size under < 100 mb ( if possible )
