Not getting noticed for data science jobs

I've been a data scientist with 3 (almost 4) years experience and a Masters. Is there somewhere you guys go to get your resume critiqued or improved? I've tried sending it to a career counselor and she thought it was good. Also, I met someone who works in the industry through a career fair, and he said it is "impressive".
