Natural Language Processing www.reddit.com

I'm trying to do OCR on images that are low resolution and contain text in a small font. I tried tesseract and had unusable results. I tried preprocessing the input image by increasing contrast and adjusting brightness. The results didn't noticeably improve.

The text is just at the limit of human reading, but I can make out the words so I believe it should be possible to OCR this.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe there is something better than …
