One-class classification

I have pretty tough task to make one class neural network classifier. The problem is that the images of different classes are looking extremely similar, and the anomaly is not visible to human eye, so I understand why my 1C-NN doesn’t work(interesting that 2class classifiers perform good).
But I need some solution for one-class classification. Maybe somebody can help with any ideas?
