I wrote a mini machine learning library with NumPy library. Detailed math derivations are included.

Of course, this little library cannot compete with scikit-learn, but it's better to understand the ins and outs of these ML concepts and algorithms because there is relatively less code and complex inheritance between objects.

Admittedly, sometimes my version of these algorithms cannot achieve the same performance and speed as scikit-learn, which I don't know why because I actually write all math with NumPy's matrix …
