[P] Bringing serverless to ML - stateful, arbitrary dependency, serverless for ML

Serverless infrastructure is yet practical to use for ML but we think it could bring lots of benefits. So, with a friend, we decided to make serverless easy for ML and we are building a platform to solve the main issues we find in serverless for ML:
- Stateful: We don´t want to reload a whole model every time a user calls model.predict
