[P] Curriculum learning and self-play with any neural network

We've just released an update to AglieRL, our SOTA evolutionary hyperparameter optimisation framework for reinforcement learning.

This update includes a MakeEvolvable wrapper to make any PyTorch network, including pre-trained models, evolvable in one line of code. This can result in 10x faster training by using our framework.
