[P] dlt now supports easy loading to weaviate vector db

# dlt, the open source python loading library now supports Weaviate vector db, complete with upsert/merge support

Hello AI enthusiasts,
we at [dlthub](https://dlthub.com/) just added weaviate destination to dlt. It has never been easier to load data to a vector db.
