[P] Extracting the latent space data from OCT scan images with an auto-encoder

Hello, I'm working on a project where I have extract the latent representation of thousands of medical images representing the retina of the same number of patients. What I want to extract for each of these OCT scans (png) would be a latent vector (or bottleneck layer) so I would be able to link this with other informations about the patient (age, gender...) for a biological study.
