Introducing GeoCOCO, an open source project that enables users to turn their GIS annotations (e.g. shapefile) into COCO datasets which can then be used to train computer vision models!

It allows users to use the likes of QGIS, ArcGIS to annotate geographic imagery in the same way you would annotate non-geographic imagery with [LabelMe](https://github.com/wkentaro/labelme).
