[P] Introducing Richard, my CNN-from-scratch side project

It's been a lot of work to get to this point. I work as a software engineer in my day job, and I wanted to learn more about machine learning, so I set myself the somewhat arbitrary challenge of implementing a neural net from scratch in C++ to classify cats and dogs.
