Does anyone know if Machine Learning has been used to clean up old recordings of concerts? I collect a lot of bootlegs, and the music quality is very spotty. I was wondering if Machine Learning would help to take an old recording and make it more listenable.

Thanks, I am a novice, so any help is appreciated.
