[P] My first ML project: k-means clustering for image quantization

Hi everybody, I'm eager to share my first ML project, where I explore image quantization by applying the k-means algorithm to a sample flower image.

In this project, I:

* Implemented modules for image processing and k-means clustering.
* Explored color quantization using 8-means, 16-means, and 32-means.
* Compared results and visualized the impact on image quality.
