[P] SAM-GPT-4V for Specialized Object Detection, Segmentation

Last week, I worked on SAM-GPT-4V, a model that combines Grounding DINO, SAM and GPT-4V.

Grounding DINO identifies the car, SAM segments the car, then GPT-4V devises a more specific label (in this case, the car brand).
