[P]Attention Based Protein Structure Prediction

I am publishing my new work on Protein Structure Prediction with Attention-based Neural-Network in PyTorch.

In this example, I have demonstrated protein prediction in different ways, one by using position-specific scoring matrices (PSSMs) and the other by using protein sequences as input.
I hope this notebook would be informative and helpful to all for further research and development in the domain of Biomedical and Drug-Discovery with Machine Learning.
