As a grad student looking to land an FT role in the next few months, I am trying to figure out how to make my resume stand out so I get to move through the process.

As I applied for internships, I noticed that I would get 1 shot at an interview for every 50-60 applications.

How do I boost my chances so I can improve on this? All tips, LPTs, hacks, examples are welcome.
