Personality transplant - Training

Hey All - I love the using mistral and excited to deploy new LLMs.

I’m working on changing the personality of 7B (the grammar, attitude, and way it chats etc.) The training data I have is text conversations (of course with permission!).

What is the most cost effective way to transplant a personality? Links would be appreciated!
