[P]Implementing OpenAI Whisper with a simple GUI

Spent some time playing around with the new speech-to-text model Whisper, released by OpenAI.

A very simple process to implement locally, including making a GUI with Gradio.

Compared a few different sizes of the model to see the changes in performance and even trialed it with Portuguese to see how it went.
