Pointers on a R project

I am currently learning some advanced statistical analysis, and I used the Meuse data set in R to run a Moran’s I test and got a Moran’s I scatter plot for the neighborhood for each sample (spatially lagged) against the residuals of the linear model. Could anyone point me in the right direction on how to interpret spatial patterns in this scatter plot? Is there any good videos or articles that would be useful in learning about this subject?
