"My sister is **a dependent** and lives with our parents."
through various POS taggers, including nltk, spacy, stanford and free claws tagger. However, all of them identify the word "dependent" as an adjective. I am wondering if there is any POS tagger available that would recognize "dependent" as a noun instead.
