Predictive Death AI

Hi all, I am wondering if any one would have a insight or know a open source Repo on a predictive death AI.

I am trying to make a “highly accurate” (50%>) death predicting AI that takes the following things into consideration: - Age - Family history (Average passing, Diseases) - habits (smoking, vaping, drugs IE)

And Probably one hundred more factors. Anyone have a idea on something that work or suggestions where to start? Thanks
