I'm currently working on a project where I'm trying to perform key information extraction (KIE) and classification on rental property operating statements. My plan is to pre-train a model on a similar dataset (e.g. [IBM FinTabNet](https://developer.ibm.com/exchanges/data/all/fintabnet/), etc.) and then fine-tune on a custom dataset I'm creating.
