hey all,

i'm relatively new in my career (about 5 years exp. but spent 3.5 in academia) and with ghosting being so common i get a bit of anxiety around waiting for follow-up interviews and such. i've been at my current job for about a year and a half (my first one) and i'm looking for a new opportunity.
