Question regarding opencv triangulation

Right now I am trying to get a depth estimate from my cameras to the object I detected. I found this function from opencv called [triangulatePoints](https://docs.opencv.org/4.x/d0/dbd/group__triangulation.html), but I can't figure out how to use the outputs to get a depth estimate in meters. Let me explain this in more detail:
