How easy is it to make one using Neural Networks? Obviously a string like "nigg" should lead to an instaban. But, sometimes racism can be subtle. So-called "dog whistles". Viable?
As an aside, do you guys think Tay (?) the Microsoft Twitter AI was an actual "AI" (even then what kind?) or a PR stunt with a crew of "trolls" running the page?
