Data Science www.reddit.com

A couple months ago, I [posted](https://www.reddit.com/r/datascience/comments/17vucmd/data_roomba_to_get_cleanup_tasks_done_faster/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3) about a "Data Roomba" I built to save analysts' time on data janitor assignments. I got solid feedback from y'all, and today I'm pushing a big round of improvements that came out of these conversations.

As a reminder, here's the basic idea behind [Computron](https://squack.io/?utm_content=datascience&utm_medium=social&utm_source=reddit&utm_campaign=v0p4_website):

* Upload a messy spreadsheet.
* Write commands for how to transform the data.
* Computron builds and executes Python code to follow the command.
* Save the code as …

automation code command data datascience eda files people python save spreadsheet type
