So I got hired as a data scientist in a research organisation with some task that includes teaching some non-technical staff how to code. The problem is they cannot make it a requirement to learn to code, so no one really is showing up to those hacky hours except same old faces of stem people. We are hoping to including more arts graduates to learn to use python and whatnot. Has anyone done the same? How did you 'motivate' arts …
