Refreshing data on power bi service

I created a report on power bi desktop that pulled data using a python script. It works fine when I refresh data. However, the refresh option doesn’t work on power bi service (pro). I have also installed personal gateway. It gives me error that data source is not supported. Please help. Thanks.
