Reviving an old topic: Universal language translation (including for non-human animals).

I found an [old thread](https://www.reddit.com/r/artificial/comments/5wp3u6/an_ai_universal_language_translator_for_animals/) started by u/fudog1138 that had been started a while ago that asked about universal translators for animals.
