Run models and code in the cloud via CLI

Hey guys, I want to share what we’ve been working on with [dstack.ai](https://dstack.ai). Dstack is a free (and soon open source!!) tool that allows you to easily run ML code on AWS (and soon Azure and GCP) in a few minutes directly from your CLI. You can do all your dev locally and then use Dstack to spin up servers to execute tasks and workflows in the cloud to hopefully save you lots of time!.
