Screaming into the void on return to office policies

This could be applied to any industry really but Im going with my experience in DS right now.

I'm going to catch a lot of flak on here for saying this but I'm very passionate about WFH policies considering how they help so many families with saving money on gas/food, daycare costs, less usage on cars leading to potential car issues, allowing you to take care of a sick family members, etc.
