Seeking Advice: complex movement recognition (i.e. multi-frame pose classification?)

As a side project I'm working with sport videos. I'm getting good results using pose estimation models ie. I get the video annotated with the joints of players etc.
I now would like to train classification model to label a entire movement: differentiating a shoot from a pass in soccer, backhand, forehand, smash and dropshots in tennis etc.
