Simple Vehicle counter app for school project

Hello guys, i made simple vehicle counter app using opencv and rtsp for school project and i have few problem.

- How to reduce the noice so it can detect vehicle with better accuracy (pic 2 bw img, pic 3 original img)
- the program always stop after a minutes so how can i always run it? (Pic 4)
- i wanna implement license plate detection then save all the data to excel/spreadsheet (Like license plate number, time, vehicle count) …
