Smoother movements for robot-based RL
I am working on a RL environment where an agent moves around in a certain area. At a certain time step, the agent needs to choose the direction of movement (out of 8 choices: up down right left and diagonally). I do get the performance I am expecting in terms of reward/task completion, but the agent's movement is just not that smooth (see image below). What are my options here?
