Speedrunning IBM or Harvard EdX Data Science Certificate

My company has offered a substantial pay raise to employees who complete either the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate or Harvard EdX Data Science Professional Cert, and they will pay for the course. Which certificate would be faster for me to speedrun so I can get that sweet pay raise? I'm currently doing data analytics in my company and regularly work with Python, SQL, and Neo4J.
